Precision Auto Group have a small group of professionally trained, well-experienced individuals who recognise the importance of quality smash repairs. Unlike major players with large marketing budgets, we rely heavily on word of mouth to survive and our staff know it is important to do the job right from the start.
All of our staff are trade certified, or in the process of becoming trade certified. Our office staff are expert claims handlers and can deal with any insurance company query or question you may have. We provide free, expert advice on what suits you as the customer, at fault or not. Unfortunately, in this day and age insurance companies may try to confuse their customers, or worse, intimidate and bully them into taking an avenue that doesn't suit their interest. At Precision, we always have our customers’ best interest at heart.
